Chloe Jessica[1] Bishop is the main antagonistic character in the series.
She is a Celestra but is involved with and aids the Countenance.
Chloe is popular, gorgeous and once dated Logan Oliver and was openly interested in her friend Gage Oliver. She is first introduced through the books as being the girl who lived in Skyla's house and disappeared- presumed dead. Through a series of events, she returns to accomplish her goal of making Skyla Messenger's life a living hell.
She lives with her parents, and has a brother, Brody, who graduated from high school before the start of the Celestra series.
Skyla comes to be in possession of her diary, which reveals her true nature and information about the Counts on Paragon.
